Job Description :

·         Basic understanding of material characterization (Structural and physical properties) and structure property correlation. Quick learner, good communication & presentation skill. Analysis Report Making Skills

Responsibility :- :

·         Basic understanding and experience in analysis of Organic/ inorganic material & polymer properties using various analytical techniques/instruments. Instrument handling & data analysis on Differential Scanning Colorimetry (DSC) & Thermogravimetric  Analysis (TGA), FTIR, GPC etc.

·         Analy* D E M O *mer film/blend using Scanning electron Microscope (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy  (AFM) & Optical Microscope 

·         Knowledge & basic handling on chromatographic & spectroscopy technique such as GC, HPLC, UV  spectroscopy

·          Data analysis, root cause analysis, report writing & communicate the results and conc* D E M O *h  stockholder.

·         Worked in the highly cross functional team (NPD & quality and production) 

·         Literature survey & proposal/project/ writing

·         Analytical lab maintenance, 5S and lab safety.

S Strategic Priorties:- :

·         Fundamental analysis of polymer films, blends, composite additives for new  product development 

·         Root cause analysis in polymer film, Master Batches, adhesives, and coatings

·         Handle the customer complaints and root cause analysis for BOPP/BOPET  polymer films (Chemical Coated Labels, synthetic paper, packaging, industrial  film, adhesives) Supervise the analytical team for data analysis & report writing.

·         Maintain the instruments and lab safety
