JD :

·         Responsible for Plant Accounting,financial, statutory filings & compliances.

·         Responsible Direct & In-Direct taxations (Income tax, GST etc.). 

·         Finalization of balance sheets. Plan & execute short & long term financial strategies. 

·         Bank liaison – fund arrangements, investments & monitoring of all financial resources for its optimum utilization for working capital & capex. 

·         Ownership of accuracy & timely availability of all MIS by leveraging all internal & external F&A resources. 

·         ROC matters of all group companies. Managing all Import & Export related financial matters. Responsible for formulating all commercial agreements & contracts. Technological improvisations & existing system efficiencies. 

·         Understand & mitigate company’s risk profile. Continuous assessment of team’s productivity & mentorship. 

·         Oversee team’s succession dynamics for work agility. Create & Manage treasury function for the group. Create & Manage CSR funds. 

Key Skills :

·         Candidate with 15-25 years of strategic & operational experience in managing financial aspects of the organization. Managing a team . 

·         Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law Hands-on 

·         Experience with risk management Hands-on 

·         experience with financial management software 

·         Excellent time-management and organizational skills 

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Well versed with banking information & working. 

·         Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong leadership and team building skills.

·         Overseeing controls & checks on payment mechanism.
