Job Details

Responsibilities
1. Perform on-line testing of quality of batches being produced and coordinate in case of difference in expected versus actual quality
2. Prepare all Testing and other related documents in line with QMS and maintain the same.
3. Ensure online Sample analysis and composite sample analysis for all Production grades as per defined quality Planning
4. Continuous Improvement towards the Setup time reduction.
5. Effective utilization of Technical Knowledge in reducing the trials in Production.
6. Reduction of B grade generation towards the organization target
7. Handling and Maintain all Lab equipments in good condition.
8.Carry out Process and Product Audit as per Schedule
9.Ensure to complete the Equipment validation for all
10. Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed during all activities.
11. Improve Lab performance through safety suggestion, Kaizen etc.
12. Maintain good housekeeping in Laboratory.
