   Candidate will focus on Structure Design / Performance Establishment / Development / Project Management for residential Consumer Durable product categories like Ceiling fans, Air Cooler, Water Heater, Faucets, bidets

-           The development role could get extended to other product categories also in future.

-           He/ She will be responsible for developing new technologies, which could patent also.

-           Should have the good knowledge about different types of materials like plastics / Sheet Metals

-           Hand on experience in CAD s/w NX is a must

-           Should be able to manage complete development cycle for completion of project.

-           Responsible for product testing, product development process & validation as per international standard.

-           Should have innovative approach & open minded to generate innovative patentable ideas.

-           Study the consumer pain points, field failures etc. to upgrade the product reliability.

A.      ROLES REPORTING R&D HEAD

A.      DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

-           Candidate must have an experience of 5~7 years in product designing in the domain of structure designing & should understand the complete development cycle.

-           A good CFD simulation will be a great additional advantage.

-           Understanding of overall working of home appliances is a must

A)      Educational Qualifications

-           B.E / M.E. / M. Tech. (Mechanical) from reputed Institute

B)      Technical Knowledge

Candidate shall be aware about

-           New Product/ Technology Introduction process.

-           Understanding of development cycles in manufacturing industry.

-           Basic understanding of CAE Simulations of Air flow

-           Basic Understanding of IOT technologies / BLDC Motors / Sensors etc.

-           Preparation of Drawings, Product & Design Standards, ECO, BOM etc.

-           Part & Product reliability as per product life cycle.

-           Product Manufacturing Process etc.

C)      Behavioral Skills

Candidate must

-           Be innovative and shall have vast knowledge about various fields.

-           Have good interpersonal skills as he needs to work with lots of partners both internal & external.

-           Be a team player, with good communication & presentation skills.

-           Self-Motivated, ownership & High level of commitment.
