Job Description:

·         Handled Grinding, polishing / buffing of machined brass products, work allocation, implementation and control, meet the daily production targets, work allocation, rejection control.

·         Setting and Meeting weekly and monthly production targets

·         Monitoring Nickel and chrome plating on Brass processes and setting parameters for the same.

·         Rejection and Cost Control 

·         Manpower control and discipline 5 System implementation and compliance

·         Process improvements

·         Inspection As per standards 

·         Consumable identification, estimation and control.

·         Managing and guiding team of supervisors and operators on day to day basis

·         Interaction with Third Party / Client representative.

·         Ensure self and department participation in TPM, Kaizen, Safety and other initiatives.

·         Daily reconciliation of input and output of the brass parts

We have an urgent opening for Electroplating Manager for our manufacturing client. We are looking for someone who has experience in Electroplating process, Polishing/ Buffing, Grinding Etc.
