1.      Manage team’s plans for the FY, Qtr., and Monthly break-up, customer-wise and item-wise

2.      Be in quick reach for customers 24X7, never forget to return missed calls, to mails and messages.

3.      Meticulous planning- be it local visits, outstation tours, sales plans, order executions, collections

4.      Being frank – People can make errors, and can always get coached, mentored. Bluffing is NO - NO

We have an urgent requirement of Regional Sales - Manger/Senior Manager for our manufacturing client based in Maharashtra. We are looking for someone who has experience in Injection Moulding/IML sales, business development, key accounts management with very good communication skills.
