Roles & Responsibilities :
Costing and
Estimation
Costing & Estimation of
Project and construction activities.
System
Automation/Electrical
o Dimmer panels and its
wiring, Touch panels and its wiring
o CCTV, Fire Alarm System &
its wiring
o Transformer with OLTC
o Monitoring mechanism of voltage
and currents
o Selection of
cables/wiring, earthing etc.
o Knowledge of General
Lighting works.
o Knowledge of
all type of Home appliances (Geyser, Washing
Machine, Microwave, TV
etc.) o HT / LT panel etc.
Generators (DG)
o Operation of DG set,
synchronization of DG Panel, HSD storage & distribution piping
HVAC
o
Component like Chillers, condensers, package
units, cooling towers, pumps, ducting, piping,
insulation, diffusers & grills etc. o For water line,
hydro-pneumatic system, pressure vessel,
tubewells, fire hydrants system, rain water drainage system
including its recharging. o Expert in heat load
connection in terms of HVAC
o Central air conditioning
plant with AHU’s & FCU’s
o Packaged type air
conditioning plant with ducting etc.
o Heat load calculations
o Calculation for net air
conditioning load
o Design for heating and
ventilation system
o Design for evaporative air
cooling
Plumbing
o Knowledge of hydro-pneumatic
system
o Piping & insulations
o Fire fighting system (fire
hydrants)
o Selection of various type
of pumps & vessels
Waste Water
Treatment Plants (assessment of capacities & designing of
following:-)
o Efferent Treatment Plant (ETP)
o Sewerage Treatment Plant
(STP)
Water Management
o Filtration, Water
softening, Hydro-pneumatic system, Rain Water recharging
Toilet Fitting
o Knowledge of High-end
toilet fittings, fixtures, accessories etc.
Drainage & Rain
Water recharging
o
Designing capacities of rain water drainage systems and subsequent recharging
into the ground through a well designed recharging mechanism Motorization of
Curtains
o High-end curtain motors
with their control
Civil work
o Knowledge of General civil
& Maintenance.
