Responsibility :-

· Responsible for new product development and product reengineering initiatives
· Responsible for taking BOPP and PE MB customer trials.
· Make the plan and concept assessment for new business initiatives.
· Lead a team of 2 to 4 people.
· Knowledge of screw elements of extruder
· Very good knowledge and exposure on polyolefins

We have opening for R&D (Masterbatch), we are looking for someone who has experience  in making Master Batch/compounds for films and packaging converters.
