Job Details

·       Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network resources.

·       Implement and manage IT service management frameworks and processes, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

·       Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service quality.

·       Provide incident management, problem management, change management, and request fulfilment services to end-users.

·       Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and resolve issues in the IT environment.

·       Monitor system performance, network traffic, and application availability.

·       Proficiency in monitoring and management tools for IT operations

·       Utilize automation and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
