Job Title:  Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis                                              Band: 4                                                                                                           

Reports to:  General Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis                           Location: Gurgaon                                               

Function: Finance & Accounts

This role will support to Head FP&A to be able to prepare and present new strategies, yearly plans, tweaking of present strategies and coming up with business cases to drive growth for strategic and operational decisions.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MIS, Financial Planning & Analysis

·         Driving accurate forecasting through the Annual Operating Plan process as well as monthly forecasting updates.

·         Prepare the Monthly/Quarterly Business Review.

·         Ensure the quality, transparency and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·         Excellent Financial Modelling skills

·         Strong experience in preparing competitor analysis, market trends.

·         Creating financial models to project long-term growth & determine the impacting business factors.

·         Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·         Problem-solving attitude

Educational Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Relevant Experience:

5-8 Years of experience in handling corporate Financial Planning and Analysis.
