Job Description

    Key Responsibilities in this role:

     

      1. Communication, follow up with DC, Supplier on daily basis for timely delivery of parts
      2. Monitoring & follow up on daily basis for receipt of parts with proper documentation 
      3. Allocation & issue of parts to Jobs as per estimates
      4. Basic data activities of Warehouse, Cost update, create item code, reporting of Jobs,
      5. Arrangement of Transport, Road permit for timely dispatch jobs with coordination with OMG & Customer
      6. Review & coordination with OMG, Service Centre Manager, Customer to fulfil all commercial terms of OAS of Jobs before dispatches
      7. Communication with DC, Supplier for cost update of parts, Review of costing update of parts to insure match with cost updated in warehouse of DC / Supplier on weekly basis
      8. Follow up for timely payment of supplier
      9. Parodic physical stock verification of parts of warehouse
      10. Improve turnaround of repair job
      11. Ensure completion of job within the allocated time schedule.
      12. Active participation in ALPS Status cell meeting
      13. Drive 5S activities of respective cell
      14. Initiate PRP to eliminate root cause of problems
      15. Spot work improvement. Active participation in kaizen towards work improvisation
      16. Active participation to comply ISO requirement
      17. Adhere safety first culture within team
      18. Ensure team comply all safety procedure.
      19. Spot near miss and report.
      20. Ensure safe work place.
      21. Develop intra organizational network to ensure smooth and timely execution of repair jobs

         



        Who you are?

         

        As a Order Handler -PDL in our Thane Service Centre of Marine & Service division job involves preparation of estimate of repair jobs as per estimates provided by Team Leaders of Repair shops. Loading material on MOS & preparation & issuing PO to DC & Supplier, Communication / follow up with Accounts for Supplier payment, Responsible to take care of monthly / year stock checking external & internal Audits of Service center warehouse, prepare and submit the report on weekly basis to Service center manager. 

         

        Job also involves Basic Data activities of Facility of Service Centers in ERP system, Creation of Item codes for Job in ERP system (Movex), Costing update of parts in Facility as per Distribution center & suppliers.

        Person should practice, encourage and involve team to comply requirement of ALPS, 5S, ISO. Safety being priority, responsible to comply all requirement for safe work environment during activities..           • You are a Diploma or BE Holder with 3 to 4 yrs of relevant experience
          • 3-4 yrs of relevant work experience ERP/Excel / Power BI
        • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
        • Strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse terrain
