Job Details

o    Oversee project management, ensuring projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget.

o    Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, design, quality assurance, and support to ensure seamless delivery.

o    Lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.

o    Manage project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.

o    Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain financial control for delivery.

o    Work on optimized resource mix models and allocation

o    Monitor and analyze delivery performance against agreed contractual requirements and report progress dashboards.

-       Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring

o    Allocate resources effectively to ensure project demands are met while optimizing resource utilization.

o    Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.

-       Identify potential risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.

o    Monitor project progress against the plan, tracking milestones and adjusting as necessary.

o    Proactively identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.

o    Ensure milestone based KPI’s are met to enable payment collection as per schedule

-       Client Relationship Management

o    Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

o    Build strong client relationships by maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

o    Handle client escalations and collaborate with internal teams to find timely solutions

-       Team Management

o    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project implementation and product / software development.

o    Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development.
