Job Details

·         Prepare monthly forecast updates.

·         Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs across business segments efficiently and effectively.

·         Prepare accurate management and budget analysis reports for management.

·         Conduct root cause analysis to investigate variances in operational and financial performance.

·         Generate actional insights to support decision-making and business performance.

·         Continuously optimize financial processes and systems with best practices and technology

·         Min 2 years of relevant working experience

·         Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles

·         Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to present insights meaningfully.

·         Solid written and verbal communication with good interpersonal skills

·         Organized with attention to detail.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other financial analysis tools

·         Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and proactive in finding better ways to do things.

·         Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or Accountancy preferred.
