    1. Responsibility for implementing Quality strategy and systems to meet customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery, and supporting operational excellence.
    2. Lead and deploy the Quality Management System, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations, managing teams and projects across the business.
    3. Provide leadership and inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them as they develop new skills.
Desired Profile

    1.      Exposure to World class system like SPC, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 /IATF 16949 :2016

    1. Considerable and diverse demonstrable experience of leading a quality function with 2 wheeler auto OEM / Tier 1 company in plastics
    2. Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components and manufacturing techniques
