·         Daily production schedule attainment with SQDCM parameters

·         Drive Productivity Improvements, Lean, TPM & EHS initiatives

·         Coach & Mentor the shop floor resources and create the team work to deliver better results

·         Guide the team on problem solving techniques through proper analysis & Root causing processes in sheet metal & Robotics

·         Solid technical experience in managing Robots, Lasers & Press shop

·         Drive IMS Process and implementation

·         Plan and improve the workforce flexibility and multiskilling of the team members

·         Responsible for development of Tools, Tackles, Trolleys for Painted Parts

·         Maintaining & improving Processes, Production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, & Process capabilities

·         Plan, Induct, Train, Rotate and Develop Human Resources

·         Conversant with Toyota Production System or Equivalent

·         Expand Process & Method Engineering footprint. Enhance & Improve the Material Flow and Reduce Handling in Shop

·         Layout Changes and Modifications to ensure High Productive Platform

This profile deals with handling Heavy Fabrication welding (MIG etc.)
