Job Details

1Responsible for indirect material sourcing and procurement including Capital Equipment and Services pertaining to Heavy Weld and Line assembly.

2. Price negotiation & commercial closure as per department manual.  

Experience of Indirect Spend and Capital Procurement with OEMS (Manager)

Technical Knowledge

1. Identify and qualification of new suppliers to balance the risk, or reduce price, or to new needs in term of specifications of products.
2. Preparation and Handling of RFP/RFQ
3. Strong Negotiation skills
4. Knowledge of Taxation including GST, Import Taxation, For Supply and Services
5. Knowledge of Legal Requirements
6. Analytically strong Knowledge of Industry and sources
7. Working knowledge of SAP MM Module for Purchase orders,Scheduling Agreements and Contracts
8. Strong interactive skills
9. Should have strong knowledge of Fabrication, welding, painting consumables, maintenance spares, and assembly equipment.
