We
are looking for a Senior HR professional who is enthusiastic, passionate and
can act as change agent in this transition phase. The incumbent needs to have
minimum 15 years experience (preferably from manufacturing) in all facets of HR
including Developing and Deploying HR Policy Manuals, handling PMS, Training
& Development, Recruitment, Talent Management, Emp Engagement, Reward &
Recognition and other emergent HR practices. The position is based out of our
Corporate Office at Bandra and the person would need to travel regularly to all
plants |
