MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Lead and manage a team of approx. 4 - 6 Permanents staffs and 120-150 3PL resources to ensure smooth in plant logistics

2.  Drive Health, Safety & Sustainability Drive at department level at site

3.  Set Up Material Management Processes & Check/Controls  in whole inbound chain –Right from Gate entry to Point of Consumption - Traceability, Accountability& FIFO Management across chain

4.  Plan For Each Part & Efficient Material Flow Planning

5.  100% Process &Audit Compliance, Timely closure of all gaps

6.  Timely delivery of material to production as per build plan and zero loss due to material

7.  Scrap/Waste Management, Ensure Hazardous and non-Hazardous scrap timely dispatch as per compliance

8.  Ensure close coordination with ECN/New Product Introduction Team and completion of all actions from SCM – Zero obsolescence, Readiness of Infra as per PFEP definition

9.  Administering complete SAMPLE stores operations.
