Job Details

Technical Skill Set / Domain Knowledge: -

Ø  Basic Knowledge for implementation of IOT (Industry-4.O) in shop floor activities.

Ø  Must have hands on experience in Robotics – troubleshooting (Electrical / Mechanical), Teaching & software programming.

Ø  Basic knowledge of SCADA system & Lab view – Operation, Maintaining & Editing.

Ø  Expert in PLC programming & VFD & HMI installations (Allen Bradley & Mitsubishi), especially in serial communications.

Ø  Hands on experience on Servo Based systems & Test rigs - Software & Hardware system.

Ø  Hands on experience on Handling Breakdown related to DC Tools, Conveyors, presses, Camera programming, Filling Equipment, Fixtures & Manipulators etc.

Ø  Hands on experience of Basic Electricals Like – Electrical Panel, RLC & PIDs.

Ø  Must poses Basic Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatic systems.

Ø  Capable to attend Day to day Equipment breakdowns in Fabrication / Assembly Shop & come up with improvement plans

to increase shop uptime & MTBF & decrease MTTR by introducing BCPs for critical equipment & bottlenecks.

Ø  In line with shop improvements through PCMs, scheduling daily meeting with subordinated & superiors and weekly

meeting other related departments
