Key Responsibilities:

Daily Task:

1. To ensure daily check sheet of m/c running status.
2. Ensure running of machines in shifts.
3. Shiftwise manpower status as per requirement.
4. Process parameter with programming verification of the running mould.
5. Verification of the plan vs. actual production.
6. Process optimization for calendaring and jnjection moulding.

7.    He is authorised to change tools, allocate temporary work to operators, and carry out machine maintenance.

8.    He is also authorized to stop machine if recurring problem occurring in machine affecting product qualit

Weekly Task:

1.    Trials of new moulds as per customer requirements.

2.    Ensure preventive maintenance of machine and accessories.

3.    5 s Activity

Monthly Task:

1. Data preparation for MIS
2. On Job Training of manpower for machine operating and 5´S.
3. Planning of production as per monthly customer schedule.
4. Improving productivity for injection moulding and calendaring. 

Bi Annual/Yearly Task:

1. Set Production Budgets
2. Reviewed and adjust the schedule there needed.
3. Work out and Implement standard operating processer for production operation.
4.  Prepare and maintain annual production report.
