Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics in the form of a tracker.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department and recruitment processes.
