Job Description

    Job responsibilities:-

     

    ·         Manage and coordinate international employee relocations and assignments.

    ·         Develop and implement global mobility policies, and procedures.

    ·         Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

    ·         Work closely with HR, finance, and legal departments to facilitate relocations.

    ·          Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the relocation process.

    ·          Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for relocation services.

    ·          Conduct pre-departure briefings and orientation sessions for relocating employees

    ·         VISA support and liaising with local statutory agencies.

    ·         Execute the HR CORE processes through Workday ensuring that Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll related data are accurately updated according to the global standard processes.

    ·         Supporting the Hire to Retire team not restricting to On boarding and New Joiner Induction.

    ·         Capturing employee queries into appropriate IT system (Service Now).

    ·         Ensuring execution and delivery of HR Queries according to defined SLA with Quality.
