Roles and Responsibilities:

·         To prepare APQP for better monitoring an adherence of the plan

·         Coordinate with Internal team regarding ongoing project & timely update to customer.

·         Understand the technical requirement of customer & prepare the documentation accordingly.

·         As per customer milestone OK sample must be submitted.

·         Coordination with internal team regarding the RFQ.

·         Project Smooth Handover as per Internal target

Desired Skills:

·         APQP, PPAP, SPC & MSA Document preparation.

·         Forging, Threading, Machining, Heat Treatment

·         Drawing Study & understand the product specification, ensure quality level,

·         Good communication Skill.

·         Knowledge of soft skill e.g Power point, Microsoft excel.

·         Monthly MIS Preparation

·         Experience of 5-8 years in auto component manufacturing industries.

Technical Skills:

·         Forging, Threading, Machining, Heat Treatment

·         Well Knowledge about APQP, PPAP, SPC & MSA Document & IATF, ISO Audit.

·         Conducting CFT meeting.

·         Well Knowledge about the Development process till smooth project Handover.
