1. Planning based on S&OP and Coordination

2. Circulation of Build Plan, Lay Plan, Roll Plan & GT Plan with reference to Material Availability confirmation.

3. Adherence Monitoring - Plan vs. Actual and MIS Reporting.

4. Daily Coordination with Purchase, Paint Shop, Fabrication , Production and Buying for smooth Production

6. Paint Shop Loading and Unloading Planning based on the Production Requirement

7. Inter Company Dispatch Coordination and Inter Company Planning

8. Audit and Compliance

9. New Projects of Model Migration 

10. Assist in new product development and enhancements.

1.      Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.

2.      Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.

3.      Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.

4.      Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.

5.      Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.

6.      Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

7.      Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.

8.      Notify customers on any delays and outages.

9.      Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

10.    Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
