    • Create a structured quarterly learning calendar aligned with business objectives, ensuring a diverse mix of engaging programs and activities.

    • Implement digital learning strategies, leveraging technology and learning management systems (LMS) for an enhanced learning experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

    • Collaborate with HR, department heads, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

    • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.

    • Strong communication Skills, project management skills and high learning agility.
    • Curious to learn and generate ideas.
