As FEM (Finite Element Method) Engineers of CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Department at HHI TC India, you will contribute the technical and economic optimization for ships, marine engines and related machinery utilizing structural and vibration analyses. This team is responsible for the FEM modeling and simulation, by supporting the Engineering and R&D Headquarters in Korea, for the following areas: Shipbuilding, Special & Naval ships, Offshore oil & gas processing facilities, Industrial plants, Marine engines, and Industrial machinery.

Meshing knowledge and skills with pre-processors like HyperMesh, HyperWorks X, Inspire Studio, Patran, Design modeler, Space claim, etc . Ability to read and understand 2D Drawings (preferably in shipbuilding) and creating 3D structural models using the information given in 2D Drawings. Knowledge in Scripting languages like python in CAE tools is an added advantage. Capability of 3D-CAD software (e.g. SIEMENS NX) is an added advantag.  Strength analysis for the structures using hand calculations.
