Job Details

1.     Plans and implements activities related to the procurement of materials, parts, components, and equipment.

2.     Directs activities of buyers and purchase material at the minimum cost and specified.

3.     Reviews and approves PO orders with specific payment terms & material specifications.

4.     Negotiates with all suppliers for quality, cost and delivery.

5.     Achieves the SCM Saving Targets through saving projects.

6.     Monitors the cost, schedule and performance aspects of major suppliers.

7.     Conduct suppliers audit and rates them and work on vendor improvements.

8.     Assess the risk with critical suppliers and create back up plan.

9.     Dotted line reporting to BUH and align procurement policies and cost saving.

Coordinate with cross functional team i.e. Sales, Production, Planning finance
