Job Details

Ø  Analysis of Assly Line Issues, Supplier communication, Red bin analysis & corrective action, SIP Clearance, Daily Line Process Audit’s, CTQ Joint Audit, Daily 4 M Audit’s, PCM drive and Line issue closure, Analysis of Customer complaints, Analysis of testing issue, Daily rejection clearance, Process Improvement, NPIP build control & PCM drive, Fit and function of new parts & cut-in’s, Fabrication parts issue monitoring & communication.

Ø  Knowledge of 7qc tools & 8D, understanding of engineering drawing, knowledge of Hydraulic system & Parts, Construction equipment’s machine knowledge (Excavator/Wheel Loaders/Compactors), PCM methodology & Knowledge of various tools being used during assly, SAP, Manpower handling, Knowledge of weld defects & fabrication parts, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, IMS awareness.
