Job Description
Desired Profile
    1. Liaise with Strategic buyers in the overseas country to ensure on time execution of sourcing projects.
    2. Experience on some of commodities such as Wiring harness, Decals, Minor fabrication.
    3. Should have good knowledge of European, UK supplier base for New product Introduction (NPI).
    4. Manage sourcing projects from purchase requisition, RFQ, PO release, ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) to first bulk supply conclusion.
    5. Negotiation & costing norms & database, price settlement with supplier
    6. Tool Cost /Development cost/Testing cost estimation
    7. Managing Engineering change notes
    8. Implementing supply contracts, warranty agreements, planning process
    9. Handle supplier invoice dispute queries and timely settlements
    10. Dealt with conflict situation of Supplier and problem solving.
    11. Local Sourcing of parts from India & cater to Global JCB Divisions ensuring Quality, Cost & Delivery
