Responsible for product development till FAI & FAA
and handing over set process to Production Department. Experience on CATIA or other 3D software, Surface
modelling is desired. Experience assemblies process, Assembly methods, fasteners,
Etc. Assessing product requirements for Prepreg/raw material
selection and BOM. Collaborate with design team to review patterns, moulds
& jigging and fixtures solutions. Proficiency of composites raw materials, Fibres, Resin
systems and Prepregs.
Knowledge and experience of various composites
manufacturing processes using Prepregs and other processes like VARTM, RIM,
etc., |
