Qualification & Experience:

·         Postgraduate in Agriculture/Management with 6+ years’ experience in managing collaborations/partnerships in NBFC-MFIs ecosystem.

·         Good knowledge of NBFC-MFI organizations, Business Correspondence Partnerships and Operations.

·         Fair computer knowledge, well acquaintance to MS Office tools and reports writing skills.

Job Description:

·         Responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships in the assigned territory.

·         Implementing BC Partnerships in 2-3 states in coordination with BC Partners such as NBFCs and MFIs.

·         On boarding and training of BC Partners in offering Kissandhan’s financial solutions to the customers.

·         Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enable BC Partners deliver efficiently such as facilitating of loans and adoption of LOS, LMS platform, etc.

·         Extensive travelling to the BC Partner & NBFC-MFI locations.
