1. Business Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objectives and expectations.

- Conduct analysis to identify gaps, conflicts, and dependencies in requirements.

2. Requirement Documentation and Management:

- Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.

- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

3. Solution Design Support:

- Collaborate with the Technical Architect in translating business requirements into technical design specifications.

- Provide insights and suggestions to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with business needs.

4. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Collaborate with the IT Project Manager/Product Manager to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Support project planning activities, including task breakdown, effort estimation, and risk identification.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, the development team, and other project stakeholders.

- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and workshops to elicit feedback and validate requirements.

6. Test Planning and Execution Support:

- Collaborate with the QA/testing team to define test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on the documented requirements.

- Support testing activities, including defect triage and resolution.

7. Change Management:

- Analyze and assess the impact of requested changes on the project, considering timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Document change requests and facilitate their evaluation and approval.

8. User Training and Support:

- Assist in the creation of user training materials, ensuring they align with the documented requirements and intended user experience.
