Roles and Responsibility :-

Should have 10 years
of experience in a full cycle implementation / upgrade / support projects in
SAP S/4 HANA with cross modules experience and other application like CRM,
HRMS, MES & manufacturing related applications
·
Experience of
working in lead role as SAP SME (Subject Matter Expert)
·
Capable of
managing and leading SAP-S4 HANA module’s SMEs independently.
·
Experience in manufacturing
domain
·
Experience in
hardware sizing, DC & DR
·
Experience in BCP
strategy & implementation at ground level
·
Experience on
hybrid cloud technology
·
Gather business
requirements, design, configuration as per business need
·
Ability to work in
a team environment, effectively interacting with others
·
Must be results
oriented, and demonstrative attitude – adaptability, flexibility and
resourcefulness
·
Hands on
experience in Support, Change Request Management
·
Exposure of business
blue print (BPP) designing etc
·
Ensure effective
and clear communications between business users and IT teams
·
Ensure compliance
with Change Control procedures for on-going
·
Maintain document
repository for business and IT processes
·
On-call support
for emergency outages. Drive support optimization and reduce repeat
·
Work closely with
Business Team to understand & fulfill business requirements
·
Facilitate
workshops to collect business requirements
·
Act as liaison
with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analysis, and solve software
problems.
·
Document
functional designs, test cases and results.
·
Provide
consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
·
Works with the
Strategic Initiatives in coordination with CDIO
·
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, Visio,
data analytics tools and Social Media web platforms.
·
Excellent Presentation, Analytical, Critical Thinking and
Drafting skills with essential soft competence i.e. Teamwork & Problem
Solving, Planning & Effective Communication skills
·
Person should be
good in conflict management.
·
Person should be
good in team management and imparting knowledge/ training to business users.
