Job Description |
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Sales Strategy Development: o Develop and implement
comprehensive sales strategies for metal beam crash barriers in alignment with
organizational objectives. o Identify and analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales tactics
and approaches. 2.
Business Development: o Identify new business
opportunities in the highway safety and infrastructure sectors. o Establish and maintain
strong relationships with key clients, government bodies, contractors,
consultants, and distributors. o Drive the sales pipeline
from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth. 3.
Client & Project Management: o Lead technical and
commercial discussions with clients and stakeholders. o Provide expert advice on
product specifications, installations, and safety standards for metal beam
crash barriers. o Collaborate with project
management and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of products. 4.
Sales Targets & Reporting: o Achieve sales targets
and KPIs by managing both existing accounts and new prospects effectively. o Provide regular updates
and detailed sales forecasts to senior management. o Prepare and present
sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights. 5.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: o Manage and mentor a team
of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental
goals. o Work closely with the

positioning. o Participate in industry
events, trade shows, and seminars to represent the company and expand
networking opportunities. 6.
Product Knowledge & Market Insights: o Stay updated on the
latest developments in crash barrier technology, standards, and regulations. o Continuously enhance
knowledge of product offerings to effectively convey the benefits of metal beam
crash barriers to customers. 7.
Customer Support & After-Sales Service: o Oversee the post-sales
process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and
warranty management. o Act as the point of contact
for any queries or issues related to sales contracts and product performance. Qualifications & Skills: ·
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ·
Experience: o Minimum 8-12 years of
experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the metal
barriers or highway safety industry. o Proven expertise in
sales of construction or infrastructure products, preferably in metal beam
crash barriers or related systems. ·
Technical Skills: o In-depth knowledge of
metal beam crash barriers, safety standards, and installation processes. o Strong understanding of
industry-specific regulations, technical specifications, and safety standards. ·
Leadership Skills: o Excellent team
management and leadership skills. o Ability to motivate,
inspire, and guide a sales team toward achieving targets and developing client

Communication Skills: o Strong written and
