    Manager Business Development – Specialty Chemicals

    Key Deliverables

     

     

    ·         Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in both domestic and export markets.

    ·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target regions and industries.

    ·         Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

    ·         Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and projects.

    ·         Identify and establish relationships with international clients and distributors in target regions.

    ·         Manage export documentation, compliance with international regulations, and logistics coordination.

    ·         Collaborate with regulatory teams to meet export standards and certifications.

    ·         Stay updated on tariff changes, global trade agreements, and export policies impacting sales.

    ·         Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.

    ·         Prepare regular sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports for management.

    ·         Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, market share, and client acquisition.

    Education:

    • MBA Sales & Marketing

    Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing development within the specialty chemical industry.
    • Ideal candidate would be one having prior experience in export divisions
