Job Details

·     Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Modern Trade and E Commerce Channel.

·     Maintaining and reporting attendance of all team members under 3rd party pay roll

·     Appointing and deployment of Merchandisers/ TSI under 3rd party payroll

·     On job training and time to time review of all team members

·     Reviewing target vs achievement of the team on a regular basis and driving secondary through continuous follow-ups

·     Generating reports and time to time sharing the same with KAM and MIS

·     Opening new key- Accounts (Stand Alone Modern Trade) in his area for JK Paper and JK Foods

·     Margin and credit days negotiation with SAMT Channels

·     Collection of dues from all SAMT accounts

·     Primary billings for all assigned accounts and ensuring fund transfers on a timely basis

Candidate should have a good 3+ years of experience into the FMCG Industry with Modern Trade and is handling hypermarket accounts.
