    Qualifications & Skills:

    ·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

    ·  Proven sales experience of 5-6 years in the steel industry, specifically with structural products like angles, channels, and beams.

    ·  Strong network in the manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors in the assigned regions.

    ·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    ·  Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets.

    ·  Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

    ·  Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Desired Profile

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.      Sales & Business Development:

    o    Identify and develop new business opportunities in all regions .

    o    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies.

    o    Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for structural products (angles, channels, beams).

    2.      Market Research & Strategy:

    o    Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition in the region.

    o    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share.

    3.      Client Engagement:

    o    Organize client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase product benefits and applications.

    o    Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

    4.      Coordination & Reporting:

    o    Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, order processing, and resolving customer issues.

    o    Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market data in CRM systems.

    o    Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

    5.      Compliance:

    o    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
