Job Description

    1. Sale of AAC Blocks, Block Jointing Mortar (BJM) and Murfor as per the defined targets and collection of payments as per schedule / credit policy.
     2. Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new target customers.
     3. Provide daily update to ZSM regarding performance and plans. Maintain & share sales records/reports.
    4. Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
    5. Relationship building with existing and potential customers for the area.
    6. FG Inventory Control: Checking quantities of finished goods in stock facilitating to work with unit to avoid standing large inventory and liquidating FG efficiency.
     7. Attending team meeting as per schedule and sharing real time data with the sales colleagues.
     8. Develop standardized presentations, sales scripts, proposals
    9. Representing organization in tradeshows, company sponsored promotions and events.
    10. Responsible for the performance and development of the subordinates.
     11. To conduct one-on-one review with the subordinates to motivate them, to understand their training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of team members’ performance.
